Bryan is a rare gem! From the very beginning of our booking he was always attentive, very resourceful and available! During our trip he was right there guiding us and letting us know when it was time to do something (checking in/out) and able to help if needed. Working his "magic", Bryan was able to get us a beautiful hotel right on the water in Malaga, Spain, a rental car deal (which ended up being upgraded!), and flights that had enough time between them so we didn't have to run through airports. The last leg, a 9+ hour flight, he was able to get us upgraded to first class!!
And all of this was within the budget we gave him at the beginning.
