We manage every journey using TripPlans®, our client-facing travel app powered by Travefy. It keeps your itinerary and essential trip details organized in one place—so you’re not hunting through emails, screenshots, or paper printouts when it matters most.
With the app (available for Android and iPhone), you’ll have quick access to what you actually need while traveling: your day-by-day itinerary, confirmations, key documents, and updates as plans evolve. Everything stays clear, current, and easy to access from your mobile device or computer.
Just as importantly, communication stays connected to the trip itself. Questions, updates, and changes don’t disappear into message threads—they stay tied to your journey, so context is never missing and support is always close at hand.

What We Handle
Our work is to design, book, and manage travel in a way that stays organized and supported from start to finish. That includes the moving parts that matter most—especially when a trip involves multiple locations, tight connections, or time-sensitive plans.
We regularly coordinate travel that includes flights, lodging, ground transportation, cruises, and multi-destination itineraries. We also handle travel built around specific experiences—concerts, festivals, special events, and milestone trips—where timing and details need to be right.
Whether a journey is simple or complex, the goal is the same: clear planning, clean logistics, and reliable support so you can stay focused on the experience instead of the mechanics behind it.

Terrapin Travel LLC provides high-touch planning and booking coordination. Professional fees apply and are confirmed in writing before booking. We treat your budget as all-in (taxes/fees included) and, when possible, preserve room for upgrades and add-ons.
